Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website at orovilleinsulation.com (the "Site"), or by requesting or receiving services from Oroville Insulation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site or our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site or our services.
Oroville Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and related services. We serve customers in Oroville, CA and surrounding communities.
All services are subject to a written estimate and signed agreement before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Oroville Insulation are based on information available at the time of the on-site assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final pricing may differ from the estimate if conditions at the job site differ from what was observed or reported during the assessment, if additional work is required to complete the project safely, or if material costs change significantly between the estimate and the start of work. Any changes to scope or price will be communicated to you before additional work is performed.
An estimate is not a contract. No work will begin until a written agreement has been signed by both parties.
Scheduling is subject to crew and material availability. We will confirm your installation date in advance. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. We understand that situations arise unexpectedly and will work with you to find an alternative date.
If we arrive at your property for a scheduled job and are unable to perform the work due to conditions within your control - such as blocked access, pets not secured, or the work area not being prepared as requested - we reserve the right to charge a trip fee. We will notify you of any such fee before collecting it.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, crew safety concerns, or circumstances outside our control. In such cases, there is no charge to you.
Payment terms are outlined in your written agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment is due at the time specified in your agreement.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your agreement. Payments not received by the due date may be subject to a late fee. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be referred to a collections agency, and you may be responsible for any associated collection costs.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, you are responsible for payment for all labor and materials used up to the point of cancellation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oroville Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services, including any loss of use, loss of revenue, or any claims arising from work performed on your property, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the services we provide is limited to the total amount you paid us for the specific work that is the subject of the claim.
We stand behind our workmanship. If a defect in our installation is identified within one year of the completion date, we will return to assess and correct the issue at no additional labor charge, subject to normal access to the affected area.
Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers of the insulation and related products we install. We will provide you with documentation of applicable manufacturer warranties upon request.
Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, flooding, pest infestation, homeowner modifications, or conditions that were pre-existing at the time of installation and disclosed in writing as excluded.
Except as expressly stated above, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information on the Site. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You may not use this Site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam or unsolicited messages, to attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.
If a dispute arises between you and Oroville Insulation, we encourage you to contact us first at sales@orovilleinsulation.com or (530) 854-8628. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly before either party pursues other remedies.
If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before filing any legal action. The cost of mediation will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Butte County, California.
